PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT!

IINSTRUCTIONS FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP:

 

-READ ALL INTAKE PAPERWORK PRIOR TO SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT.

 

- Your appointment time might be slightly changed in order to accommodate other clients (+/- 1 hour).  If this won't work for your schedule, please text me at 775-997-9630.

 

-You can NOT get permanent makeup if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

 

-If you have gotten permanent makeup done elsewhere, you will need to text a photo to 775-997-9630 before scheduling your appointment.

 

-Please print and fill out the intake paperwork. Bring it with you to your appointment.

-No vitamins or non-prescribed medication 3 days prior to your appointment.
